Journalismus heißt sagen, was ist. Also:
Engagement gegen Diskriminierung statt "Wokeness".
Grundrechtswidrige Deportationen statt "Remigration".
Geschlechtergerechtigkeit statt "Genderwahn".
Geschlechtergerechte Sprache statt "Gendern".
Aufklärung und Meinungsfreiheit statt "LGBTI-Propaganda" oder "Transgender-Ideologie".
Dann kommen endlich Sätze heraus, die sagen, was wirklich passiert:
"X erklärt das Engagement gegen Ungerechtigkeit für gefährlicher als Terrorismus."
"Y sagt der vom Grundgesetz vorgeschriebenen Gleichbehandlung den Kampf an."
"Z schafft die Meinungsfreiheit für Minderheiten ab."
Rechte Kampfbegriffe lassen antidemokratische Haltungen gut klingen. Hört auf, sie nachzuplappern, außer um sie zu demaskieren. Sonst seid ihr nicht neutral, sondern ein aktiver Teil der rechtsextremen Diskursverschiebung, die gerade unsere Demokratie aushebelt.
PS: Nein, ein paar Anführungszeichen ersetzen nicht euren Job.

Mastodon is full of people who accidentally got in trouble at school. You asked too many questions. You challenged teachers authority on subjects if you didn't feel like they explained it well enough. You suggested a third option when there were only two presented. You didn't understand why you got in trouble, you were just trying to give everyone a fuller experience.

A11y is about the least accessible way of writing 'accessibility' possible. A-11-letters-Y is not enough information to go on unless you've already been primed to understand it. It's aesthetically (a11y) ugly, astonishingly (a11y) pretentious, and has just this awful whiff of artificiality (a11y) about it. In an age where machines will automatically (a11y) type entire words out for you using the shorthand is aggravatingly (a11y) lazy and unintuitive.
Quite frankly it strains acceptability (a11y). I don't think that this numeronym is being used appropriately (a11y).
